Kenosha Man Charged With Homicide, Sexual Assault In Wife's Death

KENOSHA, Wis. -- A Kenosha man is being held on $1 million bond, accused of killing his wife because she wouldn't have sex with him.Police said Gary Sabol stabbed his wife after she refused his advances.According to court documents, he then shot her three times in the stomach after she called 911.
A judge has ordered Sabol to undergo a competency exam.Sabol has been charged with first degree intentional homicide and first-degree sexual assault and mayhem.
