Michigan Man Will Stand Trial In Marinette County Shooting
Police: Man Was Thinking About Committing Crime For Years

MARINETTE COUNTY, Wis. -- A Michigan man will stand trial on charges of killing three teens swimming in the Menominee River in Marinette County.Police said Scott Johnson told them he had been having thoughts about committing the crime for the past four or five years.
Johnson is scheduled to be back in court next month. He is expected to plead not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
