MILWAUKEE -- Wednesday, the Milwaukee County Board will vote to override 30 of County Executive Scott Walker’s budget vetoes.Walker vetoed nearly $9 million in spending from the board’s budget.Walker reinserted his plans to privatize some of the county’s services and raise the bus fare a quarter -- to $2.25.
Supervisors need 13 votes to override Walker’s votes.
